Had a great experience at Bright Side Dental! Jen was my hygienist and did an awesome job with my cleaning. She was friendly, thorough, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My exam with Klein was very thorough and he took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly from start to finish.

I went to this place for one catch on one tooth. They took X-rays and told me I needed a filling. Came for the filling and when my mouth stopped being numb, I realized they didn't even fix what I came in for. I don't even think I needed a filling, they just wanted to bill for something. I went in a third time and they finally fixed what I wanted fixed. About two months later I get a text asking me to come in for a cleaning. I told them that I was very busy and that I would call them when I was ready. Two hours later I got ANOTHER text asking me the same thing and I reiterated what I said. This morning they texted me AGAIN, so I blocked them. The lesson here is that this office is clearly hurting for business and that's probably because they scam by doing fillings that aren't necessary and NOT LISTENING TO THEIR PATIENTS. My heartfelt advice is to avoid this place if at all possible. There's a lot of dental offices that actually listen to their clients, don't scam and don't harass.

I truly have a great experience every time I visit Bright Side Dental. I came in for a routine cleaning and found out I had two sneaky cavities that needed fillings. The doctor (I can’t recall his name, but he had curly hair) and his assistant, Rose, were absolutely amazing. Even while still training and learning so much, Rose constantly made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the entire appointment. She brought such a calming, positive energy with laughter and kindness that made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. I truly can’t thank them enough for turning the appointment into such a positive experience. Rose especially has such a bright future ahead of her! And again, apologies to the doctor for forgetting your name, but you were truly a breath of fresh air and made the dental experience enjoyable. Thank you both so much!

Stay far away from this place. I wish I had listened to the friends who warned me. The visit felt rushed and careless from the start. The dentist spent maybe two minutes examining my child and didn’t address any concerns until I brought up specific issues like tooth pain. Even then, the evaluation felt dismissive and incomplete. To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $450 for a 15-minute orthodontist consult. Then I was quoted close to $3,350 for what was described as a “simple” expander. They soaked up every bit of our insurance within minutes. Overall, the experience felt more focused on pushing expensive treatments than providing thoughtful, thorough care. I would not recommend this office. In times where everything is so expensive, I would think they would provide a better practice. Not slipping in ridiculous charges.

Greetings everybody, where do I start!!! Ever since my childhood dentist retired when I was in my thirties I have been looking for a dentist that was just as good. I've been to two two different dentists who shall remain nameless who have both lacked in making me feel comfortable and under good care. I was referred to brightside dental at 19 Mile and Schoenherr by a very good friend. So I decided to make an appointment and see what they had to say. I am so glad I did!
